1. How long it will take for the watch arriving my place?
All watches bought from santas-me.net are shipped via EMS. We will arrange to deliver your order within 3 business days after the payment is confirmed to be received. Normally, you can receive your order within 5-8 business days once it is shipped out. We will email you the tracking No. to follow up.

2. Can I get any discounts?
We offer discount to all customers who purchase 3 or more watches. Please contact us at sales@santas-me.org for further information.

3. Are the watches water-resistant?
Yes, but not water-proof. They are designed to withstand accidental splashes of water only.

4. Do you carry some particular items that are not shown on your website?
Yes, in order to enlarge the collection of our stock, we are about to add more products in the future even though we currently do have many new styles in stock. If you can't find the watch you want on our site, please send us a picture of the exact model you want and we will let you know if we have it in stock.

5. What payment options do I have?
You can make the payment through Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, bank wire transfer or western union.

6. Who pays for the Duty and Tariff on international shipments?
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customers. We will not charge any duty for an international order. Please contact your local customs office for details.

7. How can I be assured of quality?
All products sold from santas-me.org are made with high quality materials and with proper care can last many years.

8. How safe is ordering from your site?
All of your personal information is secured using encryption programs. So you can feel secured to order from us.

9. What can I do if I'm not satisfied with the quality?
You should contact us within 48 hours after the reception of your watch if you wish to pursue an exchange or other solutions.
